Inker: Dan Spiegle
Pages: 14
Characters: Korak, T'kou

Synopsis: A Kung bushman friend shows Korak the havoc wrought by the Heikum bushmen, who lead a pack of wild dogs and kill wild game wantonly. They possess some kind of stun-stick that can fell a bull. After chasing them off by setting the grasses on fire, Korak tracks them to their lair, an island in a lake. Swimming out to the island he gets a strong shock from some kind of underwater animal. His thrashing about gets him captured, and he notices they all have protective rubber gear. He sees one sliding a live eel down a tube to use as a wand, and makes a break for the canoes. Barely able to race the others to shore, he takes to the trees as the dogs chase him. He finds a Arab camel train and buys huge blocks of salt from them with gold, and gets tantor to carry it all to the lake. He dumps the whole supply into the lake, killing the eels by salting the water. Then he gets the tribe of T'kou his friend to come and make terms of surrender with the Heikum.

Remarks: Korak again uses a metal match case from his pouch, and Spiegle actually draws him with a leather pouch at his waist, on the other side from his knife sheath.

4. Korak: Raiders From the Swamp
Writer: Gaylord Dubois
Artist: Dan Spiegle
Inker: Dan Spiegle
Pages: 7
Characters: Korak, Kaleetee, Lona

Synopsis: While visiting a tribe that lives on the edge of the barrier swamp to Pal-Ul-Don, Korak's friend Kaleetee tells Korak how a giant lizard came and stole three cows and his daughter. They tie an old cow out for bait and Korak waits for the dinosaur to return. He loads an old musket from the village with an explosive charge. The T. Rex finally shows up, and though the gun fails to fire, Korak jams the bomb into its mouth and kills it. He finds the trail of Lona and discovers her deep in the woods, hiding in a tree from three tyrannosaurus hatchlings (apparently the adult was a female.) Swinging into the trees as the three youngsters attack, Korak kills them one by one with his bow.
